Based in Dallas, Texas, Dallas Pets Alive! is a foster-based rescue that focuses on saving healthy and treatable pets from euthanasia in North Texas shelters. Their mission is to make Dallas a no-kill city by rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming as many animals as possible.
